Terms & Conditions Policy for Saai Retreat Home

Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
Lady visitors are not allowed in guest rooms with male occupants.
In case of any visitors to be entertained in our restaurants only.
If prior information is given to visitors, the room door is to be kept open compulsorily.
A safe deposit locker is available in the room, The management does not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room/lockers.
Photo ID proof issued by the government is compulsory for all occupants including sharers.
Please note the copy of the registration card with ID proof goes to the city Police commissioner’s office as per government order.
Check-in / Check-out Time is Noon and any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Lobby Manager.
In case of any charges are not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgment on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.

Prior to 3 days of check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied.
3 days to check-in date, a cancellation charge of 100% of total booking amount will be charged. A one day retention will be charged if guest informs us through email before 12:00 noon of arrival date about room cancellation.
In case of no show with no communication about cancellation full booking amount will be charged. Guaranteed reservation room will be held for the guest till next day 6:00 am of arrival date, after which it will be treated as no show booking.
In case of dates change existing booking needs to be cancelled, see cancellation policy. Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
